We stayed in chillax resort on dec 28 2023..i choose this place reveiwing the comments and rating shown in the google..booked 5 rooms for my family ,over priced and it was burning at night couldnt sleep..pool was not clean..really disappointed by the behaviour of the staff(sajan ) he was rude also he promised if not raining he would arrange campfire ..he didn’t. If we ask for any arrangements he would say extra charge😒 The veiw and location of resort is blissful..palakkayam thattu was near to this resort the only thing we enjoyed. Hope this helps for future enquiries and better changes.

I stayed in the Writers Cottage, and while I enjoyed the location of the resort and the friendly and cooperative staff, I was very disappointed with the condition of the room. The room was very congested and there was no privacy at all. Additionally, I found many insects in the room, which made very uncomfortable to sleep. I would not recommend the Writers Cottage to families, as it is not a suitable environment for families.

Recently, booked a small room at Chillax Resort Palakkayam Thattu, and we had an overall positive experience during our stay. The rooms provided were of good quality, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The hospitality extended to us was truly exceptional, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. AC was not there in the room and was not comfortable. They told like it's not in good condition. And they didn't even solved because we booked room 2 weeks before . And the service was not satisfied. Room was clean . Resort is not worth

Had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staffs were friendly and helpful, room was spacious, and food was delicious. Walkable distance from Palakkayam thattu. The best part was the view from the balcony. It was so relaxing and refreshing. Highly recommend.

Chillax resort is located very near to palakkayam thatt in kannur district. Very nice place with good ambience✨. Room and services are highlg appreciatable. Swimming pool is little smaller comparatively with nearest reaort. Honeymoon suit room and writers room is very nice with full of view and its a full glass room👌🏻. Very nice view from all over. Palakkayam thatt trekking is cery near we can see sunset and sunrise from their . In my opinion everything was nice a little problem faced by me is insects in room may be its came by doors keep opening in night😅.

Great relaxing place you must visit. Swimming pool indeed the best refreshing area. Food was amazing. Just had few problems including water shortage due to short circuit on motor and. Still you can rate 8.5/10

We stayed here on July 8th. It was the best vacation we had in our lifetime. True hilltop experience. We were above the clouds around the green mountains and in midst of cool breeze. Memories forever.
